Derrick Redding has a unique path of creating value that started in operations leadership at Toyota Assembly, then moved into Finance at JCI Japan as CFO, and later led product development and innovation teams. More recently, he has been in leadership roles at technology startups.

He has proven success defining customer value, developing technical talent, and increasing go to market productivity. He has led organizations with P&Ls ranging from start-up to $1B/year.
